Most problems are one of four things.

Nothing fills on Pinterest

Check that an image is attached. Pinterest disables the entire pin form — title, description and link included — until media is uploaded, so with no image every field will refuse to fill and it is never the selectors. Add the image first, then press Fill on Pinterest.

Only some fields fill

Pinterest has probably changed its markup. Open the Trellis popup on the pin builder and point at the fields it missed. Trellis stores the recipe per site and will use it from then on.

Generate does nothing

Open Setup and confirm your OpenRouter key is present and that the account has credit. Trellis calls OpenRouter directly with your key, so an empty balance or a revoked key stops generation.

The extension disappeared after restarting Chrome

Chrome loads an unpacked extension from the folder path you selected. If that folder was moved, renamed or deleted, load it again from its new location — see Install.

Your data

Trellis runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no server of ours, and no telemetry. Your OpenRouter key and everything you generate stay in local extension storage. That means we cannot see your pins or your key, and it also means we cannot recover them for you if you clear your browser data.
